Prohibition Of Renting Unsafe House
(1) No person shall rent or
take on rent a house which is not safe for human habitation from
health and security perspectives.
(2) The quality standards of a house for non-residential
purpose such as a warehouse, livestock farming, storage and cold
storage shall be as specified in the house rent agreement.
